Terms of Service
1. Using the service
These terms apply when you purchase credits or use the AI3D API. When email sign-in is available, provide an email address you control and keep your password private. Keep API keys secure and promptly revoke them if exposed. You are responsible for activity made with your password or keys.
2. Your content and generated outputs
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit images, URLs, prompts, and other input. Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the service. You retain the rights you have in your inputs. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for others, or subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. Check an output and its applicable provider terms before relying on or distributing it.
3. Credits and job charges
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. Credits are added after the API receives Stripe's verified payment event. The account page and published model prices show current pricing. A job may reserve an estimated amount before it starts and settle against reported provider usage when it finishes. A failed job can still incur a provider charge when usage was reported. If provider usage cannot be confirmed or the final charge needs review, the related reservation can remain held while the charge is reconciled.
4. Third-party services
The API relies on third-party infrastructure, payment processing, and model providers. Those services can change or become unavailable, and their terms may apply to your use of them. Do not submit content that you are not permitted to share with the provider used for your selected model.
When you submit a hy-motion-mixamo job, you also agree to the Tencent HY-Motion 1.0 Community License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. Its licensed territory excludes the European Union, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. You may use the model and its outputs only within the licensed territory, and you may not use the model or its outputs to improve another AI model, except Tencent HY-Motion 1.0 or its derivatives. The other restrictions in the linked license and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. The job request must set input.accepted to true to confirm these terms.
5. Availability and account restrictions
We may change or suspend features to maintain security, address abuse, comply with law, or investigate a billing issue. The API does not promise a particular output, processing time, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
